Stress
Are you sleeping restlessly, feeling irritable or moody, forgetting little things, and feeling overwhelmed and isolated? You’re probably just stressed out! Stress isn’t always dangerous! But when it’s continuous, it actually begins to change your brain; then it can affect your brain’s size, structure, and how it functions. Nevertheless, you don’t need to feel defeated by the pressures of daily life. Get control of your stress, before it takes control of you!

Physical Pain / Functional Difficulties
Quite often, patients with chronic pain have tried numerous treatments to get rid of the pain, including physical therapy, medications, interventions, even surgery. When the pain sticks around, many people become frustrated. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Chronic Pain, or CBT-CP, is a treatment that has decades of scientific support behind it, and has helped thousands of pain patients. It's a treatment intervention that gives a person some tools to control the impact of pain on their body and their mind.

PTSD
A trauma is a horrible experience where you might have felt afraid for your life; or you were injured, physically or sexually, or were afraid you would be. For some people the stress after a trauma gradually fades off. For some others, however, it is almost as if the trauma is still happening, all the time, everywhere, long after it has passed! Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT) help you to recover from PTSD. CBT provides you with techniques that help you to process your thoughts, feelings and memories and move past your trauma.
